Tintauri Begunbari is in the south side of Panskura and Kshirai station. Begunbari Kali is worshiped every year on the Bengali month ‘Jaistha’. Thousands of pilgrims gather from different parts of West Bengal. They offer sacrifices for fulfilling their desires. Thousands of goats are sacrificed. It is said that there were two brothers, Hinu and Dinu. They were of a poor family. During that time, there happened cholera diseases. Hinu and Dinu were also affected by the disease.
